Refund Policy
At Wash N Chill, all sales are final upon purchase. This applies to walk-in services, scheduled online appointments, prepaid services, memberships, and lounge purchases. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Service Purchases
All car wash and detailing services are considered final once the service has been completed. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must notify a Wash N Chill team member before leaving the premises so we may have the opportunity to correct the issue. Once a vehicle has left our property, services are considered accepted and completed.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable. Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the renewal date.
No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused membership time.
Appointment Cancellations
If appointments are offered and scheduled in advance, cancellations or reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of payment.
Prepaid Services and No Shows
All prepaid services are non-refundable. If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled service or appointment, the payment will be forfeited. Wash N Chill does not offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling for missed appointments or no-shows.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lounge Purchases
Food, beverages, and lounge purchases are non-refundable once served or consumed.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback for a valid and completed service may result in suspension or termination of membership/customer and future service privileges. We reserve the right to provide proof of service completion, including transaction records and vehicle identification, to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
Service Limitations
Wash N Chill is not responsible for pre existing damage, aftermarket accessories, loose items, personal belongings left in vehicles, or mechanical issues. Customers are responsible for removing valuables before service.
Service Completion
Customers must inspect their vehicle before leaving the property. If there is a concern regarding service quality, it must be brought to management’s attention immediately while still on site so we may address it. Once the vehicle leaves our premises, the service is considered accepted and complete.
Policy Enforcement
