Membership Terms & Conditions
Vehicle & Membership Restrictions
- Membership is tied to one vehicle per order and its license plate.
- Vehicle sharing is not allowed.
- License plate or vehicle details will be recorded.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Unlimited washes are valid during business hours only.
Billing & Membership
- Membership is automatically billed each month using the payment method on file.
- Membership auto-renews monthly; no long-term commitment is required.
- All monthly charges are final—no refunds, credits, or prorated cancellations once a charge has been processed.
- Missed or failed payments will pause membership access until resolved.
Cancellation Rules
- Members may cancel up to 2 times per calendar year.
- A third cancellation will revert the account to a single-wash purchase only.
- No same-month cancellations and restarts are permitted.
- Canceling and re-enrolling to avoid charges, pause billing, or circumvent the program is strictly prohibited.
- To avoid the next billing cycle, the subscription must be canceled before the next scheduled billing date.
Conduct & Abuse
- Abusive use of the membership may result in suspension or termination.
- The business reserves the right to deny, revoke, or refuse membership to anyone who abuses or attempts to circumvent the terms.
Management Rights
- Management reserves the right to modify or cancel memberships at any time.
- Enrollment in the Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
