Membership Cancellation Policy

The Monthly Elite Wash Club Membership is a continuous, auto-billed subscription intended for ongoing use.

To maintain fairness and prevent misuse of the program, the following terms strictly apply:

  • Memberships are billed automatically each month to the payment method on file.

  • Members may cancel their membership no more than two (2) times per calendar year.

  • Canceling and re-enrolling to avoid monthly charges, pause billing, or otherwise circumvent the program is strictly prohibited.

  • Once a member has reached the two-cancellation limit, the membership must remain active with auto-billing to continue participation. Members who exceed this limit will no longer be eligible for the Monthly Elite Wash Club Membership and may only use single-wash services.

  • No same-month cancellations and restarts are permitted under any circumstances.

  • All monthly charges are final. No refunds, credits, or prorated cancellations will be issued once a billing charge has been processed.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, the subscription must be canceled prior to the next scheduled billing date.

  • The business reserves the right to deny, revoke, or refuse membership to any customer who abuses or attempts to circumvent the membership terms.

Enrollment in the Monthly Elite Wash Club Membership constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
