Membership Terms & Conditions

Vehicle & Membership Restrictions

Membership is tied to one vehicle per order and its registered license plate.
Vehicle sharing is not permitted. Commercial Vehicles are not allowed

License plate and vehicle details will be recorded.
Memberships are non-transferable.

Frequent washes are valid during business hours only.

Conduct & Usage Policy

Membership is intended for reasonable personal use only.

Unlimited washes are limited to one wash per vehicle within a 24-hour period.

Repeated high-frequency usage, including daily visits over consecutive days, may be considered excessive use.

To maintain service quality and fairness for all members:

Frequent daily usage over multiple consecutive days (generally 5 days or more) may result in temporary suspension, limitation, or review of the membership.

Wash N Chill reserves the right to:

• Limit service frequency
• Pause or suspend memberships
• Or terminate memberships in cases of excessive or abusive use

Billing & Membership

Membership is automatically billed monthly using the payment method on file.

Memberships auto-renew monthly; no long-term commitment is required.

All monthly charges are final, no refunds, credits, or prorated cancellations once a charge has been processed.

Missed or failed payments will pause membership access until resolved.

Cancellation Rules

Members may cancel up to two (2) times per calendar year.

A third cancellation will result in the account being ineligible for re-enrollment into the membership program and reverting to single-wash purchases only.

Same month cancellations and restarts are not permitted.

Canceling and re-enrolling to avoid charges, pause billing, or circumvent program terms is strictly prohibited.

To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made prior to the next scheduled billing date.

Management Rights

Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time. Enrollment in the Monthly Elite Wash Club Membership constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
