By accessing or using the Wash N Chill website, purchasing services, booking appointments, enrolling in memberships, or visiting our premises, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Use of Services

Wash N Chill provides car wash, detailing, membership, and lounge services. Services may be provided immediately for walk-in customers or scheduled for a future appointment date. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

All Sales Final

All sales are final upon purchase. This applies to walk-in services, scheduled appointments, prepaid services, memberships, gift cards, and lounge purchases. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Appointments and No-Shows

Payments may secure a future appointment date. Failure to appear for a scheduled service constitutes forfeiture of the service fee. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for missed appointments.

Membership Terms

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date. You are responsible for canceling before renewal to avoid additional charges.

Membership fees are non-refundable. Wash N Chill reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

Vehicle Condition and Damage Claims

Customers must remove all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle before service.

Wash N Chill is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Loose or damaged trim, mirrors, emblems, or aftermarket accessories
• Mechanical or electrical issues
• Damage resulting from defective, worn, or previously damaged vehicle components
• Personal items left inside the vehicle

All damage claims must be reported to management before leaving the premises and documented on-site. Claims not reported immediately before departure are waived.

In addition, any written damage claim must be submitted within 24 hours of service. Failure to submit a written claim within 24 hours permanently waives the right to pursue compensation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wash N Chill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Chargebacks and Fraud

Initiating a chargeback for a valid transaction may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of service privileges and memberships.

Wash N Chill reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks by providing transaction records, timestamps, service documentation, and vehicle identification.

Dispute Resolution – Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Wash N Chill services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

You agree to waive the right to a trial by jury and agree that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any claims against Wash N Chill must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Arbitration or legal proceedings shall occur in Texas.

Modifications

Wash N Chill reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Privacy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
